Nigel is a Managing Partner at Pencarrow and has more than 30 years’ experience in private equity, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Prior to joining Pencarrow in 2005, Nigel was a Partner with investment bank, Cameron Partners, and prior to that was at Fay, Richwhite.

A serial digital entrepreneur, Carmen joined the board in July 2020. Carmen has a 20 year track record in the New Zealand banking and mortgage-lending markets, most recently as the founder and global Chief Executive Officer of digital property valuation platform, Valocity. She is also the founder and Chair of data analytics agency, Data Insight.

Paul has been a director of pioneering New Zealand boutique fund manager, Brook Asset Management, served on the 2011 Savings Working Group, and was a senior financial services and tax partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Chris has over 22 years’ experience in the financial services industry, working in back office roles for investment banks and hedge funds in London and New York prior to joining MMC in early 2007.

Nicola has more than 24 years’ experience in the UK, US and New Zealand financial services industries. With a solid investment background alongside a strong service emphasis, Nicola returned home to New Zealand to take responsibility for MMC’s client relationships in early 2014.

Leigh joined MMC in 2015 after 21 years, and various management positions, within the financial services industry in the UK and New Zealand. Trained as an accountant, Leigh’s attention turned to fund accounting, unit pricing and investment reporting before taking on a risk and compliance role at MMC.
As Chief Risk Officer, Leigh leads the Risk & Oversight Team driving and embedding the quality of MMC’s operational oversight.
Jacky is to join the MMC team in October 2020. As a practised Chief Financial Officer and General Manager of Finance, Jacky has worked for Auckland Tourism, Events & Economic Development, Vocus New Zealand and McDonald’s Restaurants. She has also consulted to technology start-ups and SMEs.
As Chief Financial Officer, Jacky’s role is to collaborate with the Chief Executive Officer and the Board as a strategic thought partner, aligning around a shared vision for MMC and shaping the finance strategy.LinkedIn

Scott joined MMC in 2007 from PricewaterhouseCoopers. Starting life at MMC as a funds administrator, Scott has a long list of accounting and financial services experience, including: reconciliations; fund accounting; unit pricing; performance measurement; unit trust PIE registry; process improvement; system testing; and client reporting.
Scott’s role as Head of Registry is to ensure transaction and reporting accuracy and to implement process efficiencies across the Unit Trust, KiwiSaver and Onboarding teams.LinkedIn
Starting her career in the New Zealand financial services industry in 2006, Tracy joined MMC in 2011 and is responsible for the Market Operations Team and its various functions including trade matching, corporate actions and custody.
Tracy is focused on the timely and accurate settlement of investment trades and the safeguarding (holding and administering) of custody assets for clients.
Matthew has over 25 years’ experience in financial services specialising in relationship management, leadership and sales distribution. Matthew joined MMC in 2019 from ASB where he held various roles culminating in Head of Relationships for the Aegis business.

Nikki entered the financial services industry in 1998 and joined Aegis when in its infancy. Having worked in all aspects of the business (client services, relationships, trading, IT and project management), Nikki has an in-depth knowledge of the Wealth Administration system and custodial services.
Nikki is Head of Asset Operations, leading teams in Corporate Actions, Reconciliations and Asset Transfers for MMC Wealth Administration.
Brett joined MMC in 2019 with over 20 years of broad financial services experience. From his previous roles, Brett brings expertise covering finance business partnering, insights and reporting, process improvement and wealth management administration.

Craig worked in enterprise resource planning in Hong Kong and the USA prior to returning home to New Zealand to begin contracting. While contracting, Craig architected various successful systems including one for MMC. Craig was employed full time to lead MMC’s Information Technology Team in 2012.
